Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of MyraidReach (the "Service"), operated by MyraidReach ("we", "us"). By connecting a YouTube channel to the Service or by signing in to it, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. YouTube Terms of Service

The Service uses YouTube API Services. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and you acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy.

2. What the Service does

The Service lets our agency team upload videos to YouTube channels whose owners have authorized it through Google OAuth. We publish only content that the channel owner has asked or agreed for us to publish, with the title, description, tags, visibility, audience and other settings provided by or agreed with the owner. Each upload is confirmed by a person on a review screen before it is sent to YouTube.

3. Channel owners

  • You confirm that you own the channel you connect, or are authorized to grant access on its owner's behalf.
  • You authorize us to upload to your channel the videos you instruct us to publish, under our service agreement with you.
  • You keep final control over your content. You can disconnect at any time from your manage link or from Google security settings.
  • You are responsible for making sure the content you supply follows YouTube's Community Guidelines, copyright rules and applicable law.

4. Team members

Team accounts are issued by MyraidReach administrators. You must keep your credentials confidential, use the Service only for authorized client work, follow YouTube's policies, never upload content a client has not approved, and never use the Service to send spam, mislead viewers or artificially inflate engagement.

5. Prohibited use

  • Uploading content without the channel owner's authorization, or content that infringes rights or breaks YouTube policies.
  • Automating views, likes, comments or subscriptions, or any other attempt to manipulate YouTube metrics.
  • Trying to access tokens, other clients' data or systems you are not authorized to use.

6. Data and deletion

We handle data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion at any time via https://app.myraidreach.com/data-deletion. Deleting data from the Service does not remove videos already published on YouTube.

7. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or stop the Service. YouTube API quota, outages or policy changes may delay uploads. We will tell connected channel owners about material changes to these Terms.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions taken by YouTube. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
